ZAMCO Gears for Performance in the New Dispensation

Zimbabwe’s economic reform require apt and rejuvenated business practices. It was for this reason that the Zimbabwe Asset Management Corporation (ZAMCO) went through a Capacity Building Programme in Business Protocol, Etiquette and Professional Grooming to gear themselves for accelerated service delivery during Zimbabwe’s current economic reform. The Workshop was held at Monomotapa Hotel on 23 March 2018.

The tailor-made Professional Grooming Workshop conducted by the Zimbabwe Institute of Diplomacy sought to endow ZAMCO Staff with acceptable Business, Corporate and Social codes of decorum and appropriate Business Etiquette.

The Workshop covered, among others; Business and Social Etiquette,Formal/Social Etiquette, Exquisite Dining Etiquette, Effective Customer Service Etiquettes; Dealing with Difficult Clients, Co-workers and Bosses;  Business Protocol, Boardroom Protocol, Professional Grooming and Deportment, Professionalism, Image and Self projection as well as Professional and Personal Branding.

Mr V. A Chikanda, the facilitator, is a leading business protocol, etiquette and customer service etiquette consultant with wide experience in the public, diplomatic, corporate and private sector.

Capacity Development Workshops are part of the Institute’s contributions to the sustainability and Zimbabwe’s new economic thrust.
